Shipping took a while cause of the quarantine presumably, but the item is great. Very high quality. Expensive, but worth it. My kids love it. Easy to assemble and I really appreciate that extra pieces were included.

Fast shipping considering it came from over seas. Communication from seller was great. Wood was smooth. Directions were very difficult to read and cut off. But we managed to figured it out. Overall great and my special needs toddler loves this!

I stated that I needed the order by October 24th and it’s arrived well within the timeframe! Not easy to put together at all, but a great product at the end. My fingers were red raw and it took at least 2 hours! That said, my son loves it and it’s been a great purchase!

The bed is AMAZING quality and the customer service is TOP NOTCH! My husband who isn’t handy chipped the wood on 2 posts and they sent us 2 more and we only had to pay shipping. They also answered my questions about building the bed. Couldn’t sing their praises more. Will definitely be buying from them again for baby #2.
