1 Loch war scheinbar nicht optimal vorgebohrt, so ist eine Stange beim Aufbau gebrochen.
Allerdings wurden Reservestangen gleich mitgesendet.

Awesome product, got it for my baby's first birthday and she loves it! Took a bit of warming up to it but now she climbs it and walks up and down the ramp like a champ. There was small damage on the ramp in the first order but Ugis sent a replacement promptly afterwards. We then had an issue with FedEx and Ugis (and colleague Elfa) went above and beyond to help me resolve it with them. Great customer service!!

Due to a global shortage of wood. We weren’t able to get the bed in the wood material we wanted. However we still love this bed and think it’s the best decision we made getting it. It’s great quality. Our 11 month old loves it. The customer service was really beyond excellent. I’d recommend this company and this product to anyone!

I’ve been after this bed for my 16 month old for ages and wow i was so happy when it arrived! It’s perfect, and she loves it. Its well made and was easy to assemble. Shipping was quick, just a shame about custom fees but the best is worth every penny ☺️
