Shipping was a little frustrating with FedEx not keeping me up to date.. Other than that, this bed is great! Super easy to put together, very well wrapped up in the packaging so zero damage, and my daughter LOVES her first big girl bed!

We bought the arch, swing, rope and ladder. Our 17 months old son just loves all of it. By accident we got the coloured version even though we ordered natural colours. Ugis reacted very nicely and immediately send us the natural colours ones. Communication before order was excellent and polite. Ugis answered all questions about Covid-19 and exporting condition which in the end worked just fine without any delays.
We would always buy the product again from the seller.

Not easy to put together at all, but a great product at the end. My fingers were red raw and it took at least 2 hours! That said, my son loves it and it’s been a great purchase!
