the product is overall well-made, and looks cute! However, the installation process ( holes were too small for the screws ) was a bit tricky, luckily, Lukasz was very responsive and was able to send some replacements in time. Thank you!

Ladder is bigger than we expected which I awesome so LO grows into it. Wood is nicely coated with beeswax and smooth. Took forever to ship. Was informed shipping label was created on June 19th and item didn’t arrive until July 8th. Wood is a little tilted on one side. We have triple checked the directions so not sure why it is slanted. All in all happy with the purchase but the product is not perfect.

Der Versand hat eine Woche gedauert, der Aufbau war in der Anleitung super einfach erklärt und der Geruch war nach einem Tag verflogen. Unsere Kinder LIEBEN den Kletterturm! Hands down the BEST thing I have ever bought for my 3 kids (ages 5, and 2 year old twins). They did not even care for toys on Christmas day they were all over this thing. Perfect for active indoor play.
Also, shipping and delivery was super fast. and the quality of product is great. would definitely recommend.
