I ordered the teepee part to add to the bed I had already ordered a while ago. Easy to fit on and fast shipping. The bar got slightly damaged with the transporting but you can’t tell now that it is up.

Beautiful and well made. Our 18-month-old loves it (currently especially enjoying the slide) and will continue to grow into it. As others have noted, assembly is a bit of a beast—a drill or electric screwdriver with a hex bit will be a lifesaver.

My kids love this! I have 4 very active kids, ages 1 year-9 years, and they all play with this daily. It was a bit of a project to put together, but well worth it, especially for our long winters. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it shipped, too!

Awesome product, got it for my baby's first birthday and she loves it! Took a bit of warming up to it but now she climbs it and walks up and down the ramp like a champ. There was small damage on the ramp in the first order but Ugis sent a replacement promptly afterwards. We then had an issue with FedEx and Ugis (and colleague Elfa) went above and beyond to help me resolve it with them. Great customer service!!
