Shipping was delayed but given the distance of travel and current issues it came quickly. Communication with seller was very responsive and answered my questions completely. It arrived today and my kids are thrilled with it!! A few hiccups in assembly but the directions were good(I just had too many helpers). The wood is all smooth and he even included extra rungs. It seems very sturdy and I’m sure we will get years of use out of it!

While I’m disappointed it wasn’t here for Christmas, Ugis was open and honest about the delay and the product was absolutely worth waiting for. Assembly was easy and with a few quick adjustments we’ll be able to fold it down or bring it outside when the weather is better. I can’t wait to see my little girl’s face in the morning!!

We love the bed!! My daughter is 22 months old and she’s able to get on and off easily . We got it in full size since she moves a lot . We got a mattress from Costco that was only like $170 and she sleeps through the night on the bed.
