The product itself is great. And we’re happy we got it. Three things to be aware of: 1) it’s a major investment of time and energy to assemble 2) it’s took a full month for us to receive ours. I was understanding because it was during the COVID pandemic, however I was more disappointed in the communication. They kept saying it was shipped, but FedEx was saying they never received it. It sat in their warehouse for 5 days before they actually delivered it to FedEx. 3) we ordered the rock wall/ slide board and the way it’s constructed makes it impossible to use as a slide unless I put the end with a piece of wood at the bottom of the slide. So my kids complain that it hurts their butts when they slide down. In retrospect, if had I know, I would have ordered an additional ladder/slide board instead.

A little slimy at first but we just wiped it down a couple times with a rag. I would recommend using a hex bit but this product is 100% worth it. My child is a climber and he adores this. Has stopped him from climbing on things he shouldn’t! Shipping was FAST as well coming from overseas!

Exactly what all the reviews said, great quality, bad directions but not too hard to figure it out. My daughter loves it and wants to climb for hours. I got all the ladders and boards so I switch it up every few days, wasn’t impressed with the actual swing and that’s collecting dust but all in all, very happy with the product.

Seller was extremely helpful in creating a custom piece. The product is of high quality and the assembly directions were very easy to understand. The finishing is smooth and structure is sturdy. Extremely happy with this product!

Leider hat der Versand etwas länger gedauert als erwartet und es waren ein paar falsche Bohrungen in den Brettern, sodass wir noch bei 3 Brettern zusätzliche Löcher bohren mussten. Dennoch ein sehr schönes Bett!

This bed is absolutely perfect! Bought it for my 18 month old son and he absolutely loves it. It was super easy to assemble and the finished product is flawless. Will definitely be back for more☺️Had a few issues when ordering but customer service responded really quickly, all issues were resolved and they were really kind.
