The bed took a little while to arrive to the UK which is understandable, but I did also need to pay an additional £57 import duty, which makes it quite an expensive purchase. The bed itself though is really lovely, and the wood feels soft and of very good quality. It was also very straight forward to put together. We have a few more bits to finish but can’t want to see my daughter’s face when she sees her new room and gorgeous new bed.

Die Anleitung ist etwas komplizierter, aber auch alleine dennoch gut schaffbar. Das Holz ist noch etwas ölig aber ansonsten ist der Artikel wie beschrieben

This climbing gym is absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship is amazing. Ugis was so quick to respond to messages, shipped within a very reasonable time and it arrived in Canada sooner than expected! So happy with every aspect of this purchase. Dispatch took slightly longer than expected due to lockdown but we were informed of this well in advance by Ugis. Once the item arrived, it was well packed and instructions were helpful. Product is very well made and looks fantastic in the playroom. Some of the paint from the orange rung has rubbed off on first use but we’re hoping that it was just due to it being brand new. It goes without saying that our daughter loves it! Thank you.
