The climbing frame itself it spot on, can't fault it at all, my little one loves it.
I'm not in love with the charges for importing it however, and I believe this should be covered (if possible, not sure how it works) by the Seller. As its an addition circa £150.00 on top of the price (UK).
As for everything else can't fault it, I didn't find it too difficult to put up, and it makes the room, it's one of my sons favourite things to play with. So thank you. 😊

It is great to encourage discovery and gross motor skills. Wish we had gotten this sooner instead of waiting. The shipping eta was exactly what the seller quoted even during covid.

We love our Pikler! The craftsmanship is fantastic and the triangle is easy to fold down and store when not in use (though our 1 year old son loves it so much it’s barely been put away!). He beams and giggles every time he sees it which is so lovely.
It was relatively straightforward to put together with the provided instructions, though I would recommend an electric screwdriver for time/sore hand saving.
Delivery was within the timeframe stated and arrived 1 day earlier than expected , our excitement for it to arrive made this feel like forever but we had great communication from Ugis throughout.
If I could give 6* I would! Buy without fear!

Great quality. It took over a month for the item to arrive in Denver, CO but most other vendors have ridiculously high shipping costs and this one was free so it was well worth the wait. I felt like correspondence was not super personable, as when I politely inquired about possible shipping dates, I was told that I could cancel my order. However, the estimate that I got after that was accurate. The assembly directions weren't great so my husband assembled it mostly without them. My child loves his new therapy pikler. He has been sliding all over it and the wood is completely smooth. It's large and I think that it will prove to be very beneficial to our son.

This arrived very fast. It was easy to put together. I did it by myself but it would better to have two people to put it together. My 1-year-old son absolutely loves and it and surprised me by climbing on it immediately. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love our climber! Excellent quality my daughter wanted to play on it immediately and each morning she wants me to take it out first thing! Wonderful customer service as well I would definitely recommend this shop and I would buy from them again without hesitation!
