We bought the arch, swing, rope and ladder. Our 17 months old son just loves all of it. By accident we got the coloured version even though we ordered natural colours. Ugis reacted very nicely and immediately send us the natural colours ones. Communication before order was excellent and polite. Ugis answered all questions about Covid-19 and exporting condition which in the end worked just fine without any delays.
We would always buy the product again from the seller.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Bett.
Die Lieferung war schnell und unkompliziert. Der Zusammenbau war ein Kinderspiel. Nichts fehlte, alles war dabei, eine Beschreibung war nicht nötig.
Sehr schönes Holz und gute Verarbeitung.
Wir würden es jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Shipping was super fast! We had some trouble lining up the three outter panels but we eventually got it with a little elbow grease. Kids love it, we regret not getting the slide attachment. Thanks!

The bed came in a reasonable amount of time considering there is a wood shortage and it is exactly as expected. Sturdy, beautiful, and relatively easy to assemble. It is perfect for my special needs daughter. I got the full size bed so she won’t outgrow it. I love this purchase.

Amazing!! We're so happy with this bed. My 13 months old loves it and has mastered getting up and down in a matter of minutes! The quality is great and the frame arrived very well packaged. There was a slight delay in the delivery but nothing major, the product was well worth the wait! The shop kept us updated every step of the way, and replied to any query we had. The frame was fairly easy to put up, took us about an hour. Very very pleased, thank you!
