Customer service to my questions was fast! Shipping was surprisingly fast for being out of the country (I’m in the states). My kiddo loves it. Can’t wait for him to feel more confident in it! He’s 18 months old.

Surprisingly fast shipping and Fantastic quality bed - I ordered in natural wood and it looks so premium. It took my husband about 2 hours to assemble and he managed to do it entirely himself.

Delivery was so fast! We absolutely love this - it's well constructed, and my baby is having so much fun! Thank you for a wonderful product and service. :)

Beautiful bed, outstanding service, highly recommend!

This product was delivered quickly, is of very high quality wood, and is easy to put together. The company communicated with me about delivery time, and answered my questions promptly. The only feedback is that it does take some strength to put in each screw, and you may have to take breaks throughout the time you put it together, to give your hands a rest.

The bed is AMAZING quality and the customer service is TOP NOTCH! My husband who isn’t handy chipped the wood on 2 posts and they sent us 2 more and we only had to pay shipping. They also answered my questions about building the bed. Couldn’t sing their praises more. Will definitely be buying from them again for baby #2.

Bought this in United States, didn’t realize it was shipping from another country and shipping fees were high. But saying that, the quality of the item is very good and worth the price including shipping. It is great wood that is very smooth and has nice mineral oil applied. It comes with Allen key to assembly, I highly recommend you have a power drill and buy a Allen key that will fit your drill, this speeds up assembly and makes it very easy. The instructions are easy to follow, although they had mislabeled two of the boards they sent me so it took me a minute to figure out what the issue was, and then assembly went very smooth. 14 month old and 3 year old loved it! Overall I am highly satisfied with the purchase, amazing product quality. I would highly recommend and I would buy it again.
