It is a really nice looking and sturdy bed for toddlers. The assembly takes a bit of time. Communication with Ugis was quite easy. The bed reached us much sooner than expected. Post sale customer service was great as well. One of the pieces was a bit damaged in transit and once I sent a picture, Ugis generously offered to send a replacement piece. We've not taken home up on the offer since the bed was already assembled.

This bed is wonderful and my daughter loves it too!It's so versatile as it allows one to decorate the little house with various thematic-I am using dried leaves and fruits now.
The quality of the work is very good and the bed is very stable.
Ugis was very quick in producing and delivering, so the service was also up to the highest standards.

Hands down the BEST thing I have ever bought for my 3 kids (ages 5, and 2 year old twins). They did not even care for toys on Christmas day they were all over this thing. Perfect for active indoor play.
Also, shipping and delivery was super fast. and the quality of product is great. would definitely recommend.

My kids love this thing!!! 4.5 year old and 1 year old, they climb and climb and never get tired of it. We got the slide/ladder addition and it’s the best part. Highly recommend!
