This is a wonderful bed! We love it, it‘s very nicely custom made and very stable, holds up the weight of our 2,5 year old son and mine as well :) We would definitely order it again and I can highly recommend it. Assembling wasn‘t difficult at all!

The bed is AMAZING quality and the customer service is TOP NOTCH! My husband who isn’t handy chipped the wood on 2 posts and they sent us 2 more and we only had to pay shipping. They also answered my questions about building the bed. Couldn’t sing their praises more. Will definitely be buying from them again for baby #2.

Cannot wait to order from this seller again! I ordered the gym for toddlers for my one and two year olds. I ordered on December 1st and received in time for Christmas! Ugi was so wonderful....responded quickly, answered all my questions, and was super helpful when our gym showed up missing one board. I have zero complaints. We can’t keep our two little ones (or our two older ones) off of it! It is beautiful and sturdy and so well made! Setup was easy and straightforward. If you are on the fence about getting anything from this shop, don’t be! We couldn’t be happier with the product!

Beautifully made wooden bed.
Bought this for our 17 month old to transition him into a proper bed before our new born arrived. Really impressed with the quality and design of this bed. Yea it didn’t arrive really quickly but we weren’t in a rush. It was easy to build and had no issues at all. I’d rather something take a bit longer to arrive and be perfect then pick a cheap piece of furniture up from Argos which probably has stuff missing. Would recommend and buy from this seller again. Great service and communication throughout. (Also just to mention as we weren’t sure when we bought. We did NOT have to pay any extra upon delivery due to UK leaving the EU)

The directions definitely need some work or even if the pieces were marked as top/bottom, left/right would make it soooo much easier. My husband is great at putting things together. His advice is to lay everything out before you screw anything together. Make sure the two ladder pieces mirror each other. Make sure you know which of the long pieces is the top and which is the bottom. All of that said, I highly recommend this product. The quality is exceptional. My son has been on it for hours. He loves it! We have had so much fun coming up with different configurations. The possibilities are endless!
